On nights when we can barely binge on Netflix—let alone cook up something to feed ourselves—we thank the food gods for one-skillet dinners. This recipe takes one of our pantry favorites, RAGÚ Classic Alfredo Sauce, and turns a simple pasta meal into a crave-worthy dish that gives take-out a big, fat run for its money.
You'll need: a package of penne, sliced red pepper, chopped up chicken, sliced Andouille sausage. salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning, and green onions for garnishing.
In the pot, boil water and cook the penne until al dente. Set that aside, and in a large skillet, cook the red pepper and chicken. Stir in sausage and cook. then season with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Stir in that RAGÚ Classic Alfredo sauce. Bring sauce to a simmer and lastly, stir in the cooked pasta. Serve the pasta garnished with green onions.
